Web Site Maintenance

The most effective company web sites are updated on a regular basis. If content is out of date the site ultimately becomes ineffective and frustrates the site audience. This is especially important if the web site belongs to a publicly traded company, as investors - both potential and existing - will want to use the site to keep up to date with company activity and make informed decisions.

Automated Filing Services can work with you in keeping your site in good standing and developing ways to attract and retain site visitors. Our maintenance services include:

  • Updating your site to reflect a filing (EDGAR, SEDAR, or SEDI) we make on your behalf. Through having Automated Filing Services Inc. manage both your filing and web site, you can be assured your site always reflects your most recent filings.

  • Updating your site to reflect any content changes or section additions.

  • Providing value-added ideas and suggestions to enhance your site.

  • Ensuring your domain name does not expire.

  • Adding your site to the major search engines and optimizing its search ranking.
